First off, they're a little slow to reply, so they can work on the customer service, but it wasn't anything major, they were really nice, just didn't reply right away. Highly recommend the fire show! Definitely ask for Ronny. If it wasn't for him, it would have been a little boring. Him, Gio and Danny together made the perfect team! Ask for them! Everything was excellent. Two important tips: 1) have apps or other food available on the side to put on the table for a better presentation. 2) have backup tables ready for when they leave. Looking forward to eating all of the yummy leftovers. Will most def use again and recommend to everyone.

Hibachi Catering was phenomenal. We were so pleased with the seamless setup and the fact that everything, but alcohol came with the dinner. The table was set up as a U and all the linens were included in the color I chose. What a spectacular offering. To top it off, the dinner tasted so good. Marvin was a talented chef with tricks. We will definitely book them again.

I highly recommend Hibachi Catering! They just came to my house two days ago, so their service is fresh and clear on my mind. We reserved the date four months in advance because we wanted a specific day for my husband's 40th birthday. Reservation and communication was easy throughout the whole time. They arrived 1 hour before to set up. We sat down to eat and enjoy the show exactly at 4pm (our reservation time). The food was delicious and the two chefs were awesome and entertaining. Afterwards, they take everything down and clean up. We will definitely be hiring them again! Everyone who attended our party was extremely impressed and happy with Hibachi! Thank you!

O.M.G. Covid is still real, so wanted to have something intimate but really special for my husbands birthday. Had all natural concerns like 1) will they show up 2) will the food be good 3) will it be beautiful 4) Fire??? In my backyard? Will my house still stand when it's over or will I be a social media post??? The outcome, 5 stars!!! Flawless in the presentation and food. They came and brought everything including napkins, forks, plates, chairs, tablecloths. They made everything so seamless and cleaned up as though they never came. For once, I enjoyed something I hosted because I didn't have to do anything before, during, or after. They did it all. My family is still talking about the experience and the food. Will definitely do this again!

You pick your choice of protein(s) and each entree includes complimentary rice, sauces, and grilled vegetables. Entrees range from $53-120. Fried rice, soup, and appetizers are an additional charge. Not only do they cook the food fresh on the grill, their services include some entertainment and full set up of the table/chairs and clean up. All you have to do is show up and be ready to eat! Overall, the customer service was great. We had Elvis and Jose who came on time, cooked a great meal, and helped us move our outdoor furniture to make space for the set up. They are based in Temecula but will travel to Los Angeles County, Orange County and San Diego County (travel fee applies). The only critique that I have is their response time. Sometimes it was hard to get a hold of them and I had to follow up a few times to get an answer or confirmation. Definitely something different and fun and would recommend for any party or get together!

I hired this company for my birthday celebration to do something a little different given the current circumstances and it was a fun/ great turn out! They do EVERYTHING for you and provide everything except for a few little things but they set up, cook and do all the clean up! They make it easy to host an event! Our chefs Albert & Jose were so much fun and very interactive with our guest from the very beginning!! My guest and I had a good time!! I can say that this year my birthday was a success!!
